Ria’s passion to encourage holistic wellbeing seeps into every area of her life. She is an ISSA certified personal trainer, 200 hour certified yoga teacher, a mindset and life coach, and a Master of Healthcare Policy from Columbia University. Through her variety of experiences, she has found that optimizing wellness, happiness, and productivity has a direct correlation with the relationship we have with ourselves. Through the integration of physical movement and holistic guidance, she encourages you to embody your highest self and create the reality of your dreams.
